These wires show signs of work performed by an ameteur,routed haphazardly and in areas were they are prone to damage. Wires should be running along the inside of a floor joist over to and along the beam with a board or other protection shielding them from being scraped or gouged. Note the temporary wiring and lighting, being used as permanent wiring and lighting. [Another no-no]
